The Trooz Line Commercial Semi Automatic Roti Making Machine is a high-capacity, fully electric solution designed for commercial kitchens, hotels, restaurants, catering companies, canteens and large-scale food production facilities.

With a production capacity of up to 1,000 rotis per hour, the machine is designed to deliver consistent chapati size, thickness, colour and cooking quality. Its three-layer baking technology provides uniform baking, while the stainless steel food-contact components ensure durability and easy cleaning.

The machine can produce rotis from 3 to 8 inches in diameter, with adjustable weight from 12 to 90 grams and thickness from 1.5 to 9 mm. It operates on a 440V three-phase electrical supply with a connected load of 35 kW.
