Gas Griddle Plate with Lid-Enamelled Steel Plate(PSR600GE)

•The steel plate of this machine has a 10mm thick. This steel plate is covered with a mass enamel with high resistance to rubbing. Due to its very smooth surface, the enamelled steel plate enables very good contact cooking for a direct heat transfer to the food to be cooked.
•Equipped with a double piezo ignition and two adjustment knobs. After 8 minutes of preheating, the enamel plate reaches an even temperature over the whole cooking  surfaces thanks to the gas burners. Both star-shaped burners cover the entire surface of the enamelled steel plate, the gas griddle ensures a homogeneous cooking without heat loss on the edges.
•Can grill a wide variety of meats, fish, burgers, sausages, vegetables, onion but also fried eggs, omelletes. Thanks to the independent control of both cooking zones, you can  alternate and vary the cooking on the 600mm wide plate. For example, it is possible to grill a meat on the large flame position on one side and to simmer vegetables at lower  temperature (small flame position) on the other side.
•This machine offers unrivalled safety. It is equipped with two safety thermocouples: in the event of malfunction or gas leak, the thermocouple automatically stops the plancha grill safety.
•The enamelled coating makes the use and the cleaning very easy: It is possible to use metallic spatulas without altering the plate: The juices and grease are drained into the fully removable drawer. The stainless steel collecting tray can be cleaned in a dishwasher. After intensive use and after disconnecting the professional griddle plate, it is possible to deglaze the still hot cooking plate with cold water or some ice cubes.
•LID (CV600B)
*A stainless steel Lid equipped with a temperature indicator to control the cooking on the plancha grill. It allows to stew vegetables or to keep warm meat or fish.
