•After 8 minutes of preheating, the staineless steel griddle plate reaches an even temperature over the entire cooking surface thanks to 2 incoloy heating elements. Both coil-shaped heating elements cover the entire surface of the enamelled steel plate. Each heating element has a power of 1.75kW under the enamel plate, namely 3.5kW in total that ensures homogeneous cooking without heat loss on the edges,
