Electric Griddle Plate-Enamelled Steel Plate(PED 700)

* Is an in-line equipment with standard dimension  of 400 x 700 mm.
•The plate is 10mm thick, the stee plate is coated with mass enamel. The temperature rise of this electric griddle is 8 minutes. The thickness of the plate is enough to pefectly sear some food like meat, fish and vegetables thans to the quality polishing.
•This Griddle  allows an even cooking of a wide variety of Products. After 7-8 mins. of preheating, the enamel plate reaches an even temperature over the entire cooking surface 
thanks to two incoloy heating elements. Both coil-shaped heating elements cover the entire surface of the enamelled steel plate. Each heating element has a power of 1750W
under the enamel plate , namely 3kW in total. Thanks to the power of heating elements, the electric plancha grill ensure homogeneous cooking without heat loss on the edges.
•This professional  griddle plate can grill a wide variety of meat, fish, burgers, sausages, vegetables, onions but also fried eggs, omellets. Thanks to the independent control
of the 2 cooking zones, you can alternate and vary the cooking on the 600mm deep plate.
Sample: It is possible to grill a meat at 200°C on backside and to simmer vegetables at 160°C in front. The enamelled coating makes the use and the cleaning very easy: it is possible to use metallic spatulas without altering the plate. The juices and grease are drained into the fully removable drawer. The staineless steel collecting tray can be cleaned in a dishwasher. After intensive use and after disconnecting the professional griddle plate, it is posible to deglaze the still hot cooking plate with cold water or some ice cubes.
